About the role
Elite Fancy Food Co. is expanding its field team across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. As a Merchandiser you will ensure that product displays and shelf layouts meet the company’s standards and attract shoppers in supermarkets.
Key responsibilities
- Implement planograms and maintain compliance on supermarket shelves.
- Arrange product displays to maximise visibility and sales.
- Stack shelves efficiently while respecting safety and merchandising guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket managers in the assigned region.
Required profile
- Experience in the food and confectionery sector.
- Hands‑on experience with shelf stacking, planogram compliance and product display.
- Established working relationships with supermarkets in the target city.
- Commitment, reliability and a strong sense of ownership.
