Mergers and Acquisitions Director

About the role

Lead the company's M&A strategy and transactions, driving strategic growth through acquisitions, mergers, investments, and partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping the pipeline of opportunities and delivering value‑creating deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall M&A strategy and maintain a robust transaction pipeline.
• Identify, assess, prioritize and lead end‑to‑end M&A opportunities, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.
• Build financial models, business cases and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR and other functions, and manage external advisors such as investment banks and consultants.
• Lead post‑merger integration, monitor synergies and ensure value creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
