负责酒店人力资源部门的日常运营，涵盖招聘、薪酬、培训与员工关系，确保符合当地法律法规并支持业务目标。

主要职责

管理招聘流程，组织面试并维护外部招聘渠道。
监督员工福利、失业申索及相关合规事务。
策划并执行入职培训和在职培训计划。
维护员工档案，确保信息安全与合规。
处理员工关系事务，推动安全与绩效管理。

任职要求

高中学历或同等学历，具备3年人力资源或运营管理经验；或两年制大专学历，具备1年相关经验。
熟悉招聘、培训、福利及劳动法规。
具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。

必备技能

熟练使用办公软件进行文档管理。
