About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our finance team in Jeddah. The role focuses on managing accounting records for construction and real‑estate development projects and ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and bookkeeping for construction and real‑estate development activities.
• Prepare, submit and file tax returns, including VAT refund requests.
• Produce internal financial statements and coordinate with external auditors or certified accounting firms.
• Utilise ERP systems and accounting software to support daily financial operations.
• Prepare and process financial claims and progress payment statements, and follow up on their approval.
• Monitor daily financial transactions to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Saudi nationality.
• Strong organisational abilities and experience preparing reports and managing financial follow‑ups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with accounting software.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position.
• Working days Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
• On‑site work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
