Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Manager

About the role

Lead the design, implementation, and operational management of Albawani's Microsoft cloud ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable and cost‑effective services for headquarters and construction sites across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage Azure infrastructure, including VMs, networking, storage and security components.
• Design Azure Landing Zones following the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Implement hybrid connectivity with ExpressRoute and Site‑to‑Site VPN.
• Oversee Azure Backup, Site Recovery and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure AD lifecycle.
• Configure Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud and Teams voice services.
• Monitor performance and cost using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and FinOps practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for 1,000+ users.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements (NCA, PDPL) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ‑305) and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS‑100/MS‑101).

• Virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware) and SD‑WAN integration.
