Middle East Channel Sales – B2B ODM/OEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive sales professional to lead our Middle East channel sales efforts, focusing on e‑cigarette brands in Saudi Arabia. The role combines client acquisition, solution pitching, and project coordination to drive growth for our ODM/OEM services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map potential e‑cigarette brand clients (distributors, brand owners) in the Saudi market and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Approach prospects, understand their product needs and market positioning, and develop tailored B2B relationships.
• Present our one‑stop ODM/OEM solution, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Coordinate with design, R&D, and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and delivered.
• Maintain long‑term partnerships, assisting clients with channel expansion and operational challenges to encourage repeat orders.
• Monitor Middle East regulatory changes and competitor activity, providing market intelligence to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, tobacco, or e‑cigarette sectors.
• Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market with an existing local client network.
• Understanding of ODM/OEM business models and willingness to travel occasionally to the UAE.
• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent negotiation and cross‑cultural communication skills.
