Mixing Technician

About the role

The Mixing Technician prepares and blends raw materials according to precise formulations and quality standards. The role ensures accurate measurement, efficient mixing, and timely production of high‑quality products while maintaining safety and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and measure raw materials based on product specifications and formulas.
• Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and control the mixing process to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to meet required specifications.
• Record material usage, batch numbers, and other data for traceability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment or ingredient issues and report malfunctions.
• Assist with inventory management and communicate re‑ordering needs.
• Support process‑improvement, cost‑reduction, and waste‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Mixing Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a physically demanding environment.
