Mobilization Lead

About the role

The Mobilization Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and closing the mobilization phase of new contracts or projects. You will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure seamless transition, budget compliance, and timely delivery of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobilization plans, checklists, and budgets for each project.
• Engage with key stakeholders, chair weekly progress meetings, and provide status updates to clients and operations teams.
• Manage the mobilization budget, ensuring expenditures stay within the approved GOP.
• Coordinate reporting from all departments, guaranteeing on‑time, high‑quality submissions that meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead the creation and implementation of SOPs, protocols, and training programs across project departments.
• Organise team‑building and motivational activities to align all departments toward common objectives.
• Develop project handbooks and documentation, such as the KKIA WP03 TFM Handbook.
• Identify and communicate risks or issues that could affect project delivery and ensure business continuity.
• Support bid proposals, prepare presentations, and oversee staff welfare matters including estate, fleet, access, timesheets, and vacations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project mobilization, transition, or demobilization within a contract‑driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating training initiatives.
• Excellent risk‑identification and mitigation capabilities.
