MOH Tender Support Specialist – Al Qassim & Hail

About the role

The MOH Tender Support Specialist will manage tender‑related processes for Ministry of Health medical supplies in Al Qassim and Hail, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and compliance with NUPCO requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes and expiries for MOH medical supplies across the Kingdom and NUPCO warehouses.
• Assist the Bid Manager in creating ASN entries in the NUPCO system and schedule appointments for deliveries.
• Attend deliveries, verify receipt of goods from MOH and NUPCO warehouses, and ensure proper documentation.
• Visit medical‑supplies and NUPCO warehouses in the territory to follow up and facilitate shipments.
• Coordinate appointments with all medical‑supplies providers each quarter to meet NUPCO tender revenue targets.
• Collaborate with area team members, Riyadh WH and operations to guarantee smooth delivery of MOH orders and marketplace purchase orders.
• Follow up on NUPCO files, ensure invoices are processed for payment, and maintain relationships with shipment receivers.
• Place purchase orders in the Oracle system and support inventory distribution to regional locations.
