Movement Coach

About the role

The Movement Coach delivers premium fitness, movement, and wellness experiences for guests, designing personalized programs and leading private and group sessions. Acting as a Wellness Ambassador, the Coach integrates functional training, yoga, meditation, and recovery practices to support guests' wellbeing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations, lifestyle assessments, and movement evaluations.
• Design and deliver personalized exercise programs for all fitness levels and health conditions.
• Lead private training sessions, group fitness classes, and mindful movement workshops.
• Maintain fitness centre, movement studio, and outdoor wellness spaces in guest‑ready condition.
• Inspect equipment daily, report maintenance issues, and ensure a safe exercise environment.
• Record guest consultations, program details, and attendance accurately.
• Collaborate with Spa Therapists to create integrated wellness journeys.
• Support planning and delivery of wellness events, retreats, and seasonal experiences.

Required profile

• Relevant certifications for personal training, functional fitness, and, when applicable, yoga or meditation instruction.
• Proven experience delivering fitness programs and group classes in a hospitality or luxury setting.
• Strong focus on guest safety, professionalism, and relationship hospitality.
• Ability to tailor sessions to individual guest preferences and progress.
