Multiple Restaurant Positions – Chef, Waiter, Barista, Manager

About the role

Red Chilli, a busy restaurant in Riyadh, is expanding its team and is seeking experienced professionals for a range of positions including operations management, culinary, service and support roles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow (Operation Manager).
• Prepare and present a variety of cuisines such as Indian curry, tandoor dishes, Chinese, continental and salads (Head Chef, Indian Curry, Indian Tandoor, Chinese Cook, Continental Cook, Salad Maker).
• Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails and fresh juices (Mixologist, Barista & Juice Bar).
• Provide attentive table service and maintain high hospitality standards (Waiters, Stewards).
• Manage inventory, store supplies and maintain records (Store Keeper).
• Prepare specialty snacks such as chaat, samosa, halwai sweets and ice candy (Chaat & Samosa maker, Halwai, Ice Candy Maker).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment.
• Relevant experience in the specific role (e.g., 3/5‑star hotel or well‑known Indian restaurant for waiters).
• Educational requirement: High School or Intermediate for most roles; B.Com. for Store Keeper.
• For waiter positions, candidates should be originally from the Goa region.

• Inventory management and basic bookkeeping (Store Keeper).
• Customer service and hospitality standards.
