Multi‑Skilled Technician – Facility Management (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

ASMACS is seeking 10 Multi‑Skilled Technicians to join a reputed facility management operation in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on civil works, door installations, finishes and general repairs within luxury hotels or residential compounds.

Key responsibilities

• Perform civil maintenance, door fitting and finishing tasks.
• Execute general repairs across the facility.
• Carry out troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing of equipment.
• Handle electrical wiring, hydraulic system repairs and PLC programming as required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotels or residential compounds.
• Previous Gulf region experience.
• Professional appearance and presentation; a recent personal photograph must accompany the CV.
