MWR Coordinator (Secret Clearance) – Prince Sultan Air Base

About the role

The Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR) Coordinator will lead a 24/7 integrated recreation program at Prince Sultan Air Base, supporting U.S. forces, Saudi partners and a diverse tenant community. The position requires a Secret security clearance and a focus on delivering high‑quality leisure services while safeguarding assets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise fitness center, learning resource center, theater, and MWR facilities.
• Manage marketing, media center activities and coordinate information ticketing and tours (ITT).
• Conduct inventory, cash handling and resale operations in compliance with AFMAN 34‑202 and local NAF procedures.
• Ensure contractual performance objectives are met and maintain resource protection standards.
• Collaborate with U.S. deployed forces, Saudi authorities and an international workforce.
• Be on‑call to respond within two hours to government personnel requests.

Required profile

• Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in recreation, MWR or similar support services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong inventory, cash‑handling and compliance awareness.
• Effective communication with multicultural teams.
