Nail Technician – Full‑Time

About the role

Glow Sanctuary is seeking a dedicated Nail Technician to join its Jeddah salon. You will deliver a full range of nail therapies while providing personalized product recommendations and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nail services in line with the salon’s SOPs, including manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping, filing, cuticle work, polish and gel application.
• Recommend appropriate home‑care products to clients during each session.
• Achieve individual revenue targets and actively build a regular clientele.
• Assist fellow team members, support their work and attend brand‑promoting events.
• Maintain tools, equipment, inventory levels and assist with product ordering.
• Follow sterilisation, sanitation and municipal regulations; keep work areas clean.
• Participate in all internal and external training sessions and uphold immaculate grooming standards.

Required profile

• Previous beauty or nail qualification preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in an international‑standard salon.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Personality that matches the brand’s DNA – high energy, friendly, approachable and sales‑oriented.
• Willingness to work shift hours, including evenings and weekends.
