National Key Account Manager – Dermatological Beauty

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Director in Jeddah, you will own the O+O P&L of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty's largest strategic partner, Nahdi. You will drive aggressive market‑share growth while mentoring a Key Account Executive and ensuring alignment with the division's commercial vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans with the account, forecasting turnover, market share and profit targets.
• Lead account negotiations, escalating critical issues and ensuring implementation of division and channel strategies down to the store level.
• Act as the retailer‑centric expert, building deep customer intelligence and a compelling retailer development plan.
• Collaborate with supply, category, finance and marketing teams to maintain consistent L'Oréal messaging.
• Co‑lead the omnichannel strategy, managing digital relationships with e‑retailers and pure players, and negotiating trade agreements for digital acceleration.
• Manage P&L to ensure sustainable, profitable growth and define e‑joint business plans with regular KPI reviews.
• Identify e‑commerce trends, analyse sales data and propose action plans to capture new opportunities.
• Support commercial transformation by evangelising O+O practices across teams.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, data‑driven commercial leader with strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience managing key accounts in the pharmacy channel or FMCG sector.
