Nationalization Senior Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

PWC is seeking a Saudi‑national Senior Manager to lead its nationalization agenda across the Kingdom. You will shape and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns talent acquisition, retention and development with local regulatory requirements and PwC’s broader talent goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve a robust nationalization strategy that meets PwC’s talent agenda and Saudi labor regulations.
• Develop targeted recruitment and retention programmes to increase the proportion of Saudi hires and reduce attrition through engagement, development and progression frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, workforce planning and HR teams to embed nationalization objectives into overall workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws and nationalization frameworks, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
• Leverage HR systems and data analytics to monitor progress, identify gaps and drive data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in designing and executing nationalization or localization strategies within large professional services or similar organisations.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and Saudi nationalization regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
