Network Operations Center Engineer

About the role

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer will monitor and maintain the stability of satellite connectivity, focusing on signaling, routing, SIM provisioning, and OSS integrations. Working 24/7, the engineer ensures high availability of both commercial and beta‑grade services and collaborates closely with partner NOCs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows and OSS hooks, detecting and triaging alarms from monitoring platforms.
• Validate routing tables, signaling transactions and core network behavior during incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across gateways, core networks, OSS integrations and related domains.
• Coordinate incident handling and escalation with partner NOCs, sharing logs and ensuring timely closure.
• Perform periodic checks on SIM provisioning, authentication flows and service‑class compliance.
• Contribute to playbooks, SOPs and troubleshooting guides for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 24 months (2 years) of experience in NOC, service assurance or related telecom operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for incident diagnosis.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
