Nursery Teacher (CACHE Level 3) – Immediate Start in Dubai

About the role

An established international nursery in Dubai is looking for enthusiastic Nursery Teachers with a CACHE Level 3 qualification to join the team immediately. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess and record each child’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure high‑quality early years provision.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection procedures.

Required profile

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Ideally 1–2 years of nursery or early years teaching experience (newly qualified candidates with strong practical experience may be considered).
• Genuine passion for working with young children and a caring, patient attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.
