Nursing Supervisor – Taif

About the role

The Nursing Supervisor leads the nursing team at a clinic in Taif, ensuring high‑quality patient care, infection control, and efficient operation of medical equipment and supplies. The role combines direct patient care, staff supervision, and coordination with the medical director.

Key responsibilities

• Disinfect clinical surfaces and equipment daily and after each patient.
• Take and document medical histories, vital signs, and screen for fall or nutritional risks.
• Triage emergency‑room patients and perform minor wound dressings.
• Administer intramuscular and intravenous medications under aseptic conditions.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures while preserving patient dignity.
• Withdraw blood for laboratory tests and perform point‑of‑care testing.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of consumables and medical equipment.
• Orient new nurses, ensure daily staffing levels, supervise registered nurses, and conduct annual appraisals.
• Participate in the community advisory committee and support quality‑care initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of post‑graduation experience plus 2 years in a nurse‑manager role.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with healthcare information systems.
