Occupational Health Nurse – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our Jeddah site of BRF, one of the world’s largest food companies. The role will manage day‑to‑day occupational health and ambulatory services, ensuring the wellbeing of our employees while supporting our food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily occupational health operations, including medical examinations, equipment maintenance, scheduling and budgeting.
• Provide first‑aid care and medical assistance to employees, and oversee outsourced nurses and contractors.
• Manage hospitalisation cases, monitor health progress and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute workplace health, safety and accident‑prevention activities such as inspections, campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Conduct field inspections, ergonomic assessments and workplace observations, report risks and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of medical cases, incidents, accidents and key performance indicators; analyse sick‑leave trends.
• Support incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and the provision of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Deliver health & safety training, maintain the training matrix and coordinate emergency drills.
• Assist with HSE system documentation, policy deployment and budget preparation.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification with experience in occupational health or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of health‑safety regulations, food‑safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
