About the role

The Integration Engineer will support the after‑sales service and project delivery of integrated equipment for the Saudi Arabia region. This role combines technical troubleshooting, logistics coordination, and early‑stage proposal support to ensure equipment operates reliably and projects progress smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and close problems for integrated equipment, complete equipment acceptance, and guarantee stable operation.
• Coordinate project logistics, including accommodation for project personnel and procurement/management of materials and tools.
• Provide after‑sales or implementation support in Saudi Arabia or other regions when workload permits, with subsidies applied per company standards.
• Assist with on‑site inspections, demand research, and preparation of integration requirements; support proposal teams with Q&A, product demonstrations, and early‑stage proposal activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic & Information Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automated equipment installation, debugging, and after‑sales maintenance is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
