On-Call Recruiter (Talent Ops)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated On‑Call Recruiter to join our Talent Operations team. The role focuses on fast‑track sourcing, screening and mobilising delivery agents and field crews to meet urgent operational needs in Saudi Arabia and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates quickly to build a “Ready Pool” of pre‑qualified talent.
• Coordinate with international hiring centres and local Saudi partners to meet hiring SLAs (24‑72 hours for Saudi candidates, 2‑4 weeks for international placements).
• Maintain continuous pipelines by nurturing relationships with global hiring partners.
• Ensure all hires comply with quality standards and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to conduct effective phone screenings and manage high‑volume recruitment.
• Track record of delivering qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
• Experience working with international talent networks and local Saudi talent pools.
