About the role
4Level1 is seeking a full‑time On‑Site Senior English Instructor to join its Riyadh campus. You will deliver CEFR‑aligned English lessons to adult and young‑adult learners, using communicative and learner‑centered approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality face‑to‑face English classes.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support curriculum development and mentor junior instructors.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English (near‑native or native level).
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
- Teaching certification such as CELTA, TEFL or TESOL (highly beneficial).
- Proven experience teaching CEFR‑aligned courses to diverse adult and young‑adult learners.
- Strong classroom management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Effective writing skills for creating teaching materials and feedback.
