On-Site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead to act as Imerza’s representative in Saudi Arabia. You will bridge the client and our global production teams, translating needs into clear direction while providing hands‑on Unreal Engine support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑site liaison, turning client requests into actionable guidance for delivery and production teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for minor Unreal Engine tasks such as opening levels, locating assets, and demonstrating features.
• Capture, document and prioritize client feedback and change requests, relaying them accurately to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues on‑site and escalate complex problems to the appropriate Imerza specialists.
• Champion Imerza’s solutions within the client organization and identify opportunities to expand services.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a producer, implementation or technical support role that interacts directly with clients.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Saudi Arabia while coordinating with remote teams across time zones.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail when capturing requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in the Riyadh region and manage multiple stakeholder requests in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Unreal Engine, including level navigation, asset location and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with game engines in general and, optionally, Unreal Engine Blueprints or level‑design pipelines.
