Online Sales Manager – Aggregators & E‑Commerce

About the role

Delham Group, a leading Saudi sweets and chocolate company, is seeking a results‑driven Online Sales Manager to oversee sales across major delivery and e‑commerce platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, The Chefz, Kita and its own online store. Based in Riyadh, the role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on expanding the brand’s digital footprint and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute online sales strategies for aggregator and e‑commerce channels.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with aggregators, BDAs and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to build and implement activation plans.
• Track performance using data analysis, reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer service background with a proven ability to grow revenue.
• Experience in FMCG or F&B online sales, preferably managing key accounts.
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms and their reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience managing sales in the KSA market is an advantage.
