Onsite Software License Support Engineer

About the role

The company is looking for an Onsite Software License Support Engineer to join its team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on activating, installing, configuring and testing enterprise software licenses while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Activate, install, configure and test software licenses according to company standards.
• Deploy and configure software for enterprise projects, following contractual agreements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during rollout and deployment phases.
• Monitor and enforce software usage within purchased license limits.
• Identify licensing compliance risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Assist procurement by recommending appropriate license quantities and types.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to project team members in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• CompTIA A+ certification (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, software deployment or license management.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
