Onsite Software License Support Engineer

About the role

The Onsite Software License Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring that enterprise software is deployed, configured, and used in compliance with licensing agreements while providing technical support during rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Perform software license activation, installation, configuration, and testing.
• Deploy and configure software according to company standards and contractual agreements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during rollout and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Educate project team members on deployment processes and identify licensing compliance risks.
• Assist with software procurement by recommending appropriate license quantities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, software deployment or license management.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and within project teams.
