Open Water Instructor – Scuba Diving Trainer

About the role

The Open Water Instructor will join Red Sea Sports & Entertainment to deliver high‑quality scuba diving training in a luxury marine tourism setting. You will be responsible for safe, professional instruction of entry‑level and advanced courses while creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver scuba diving courses in line with recognized agency standards (e.g., PADI, SSI).
• Conduct academic, confined‑water and open‑water sessions, providing thorough pre‑ and post‑dive briefings.
• Ensure student safety through risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and supervision during all in‑water activities.
• Assess performance, certify participants, and maintain accurate training records.
• Support the Dive Center Manager with daily operations, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainable diving practices.

Required profile

• Certified Open Water Instructor (PADI, SSI or equivalent).
• Strong commitment to safety and guest service excellence.
• Ability to work onsite in a luxury tourism environment.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in scuba diving instruction and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and emergency response procedures.
