Operation Support Analyst

About the role

The Operation Support Analyst provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Supply Chain Operations Management & Data Analytics function. The role ensures efficient execution of supply‑chain activities through timely reporting, issue resolution, KPI tracking, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of new processes and systems, addressing issues promptly.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report key supply‑chain KPIs such as OTD, inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and warehouse productivity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, conduct root‑cause analysis, and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and promote process standardisation across operations.
• Coordinate with warehousing, transportation, planning, procurement, and customer‑service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/WMS/TMS systems and support system enhancements.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentations on operational performance.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making and business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred) and other supply‑chain or logistics certifications (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or operations support role.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI for dashboard creation.
• SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• SAP Inventory Management (IM).
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
