Operations and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Technopower is seeking an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders for diesel generator sets and related equipment. Based in Riyadh, the role ensures that each confirmed order is delivered complete, compliant, and on schedule by linking sales commitments with production, procurement, warehouse and logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate sales orders, checking specifications, quantities, delivery dates and commercial terms before releasing to production.
• Issue and track job cards, maintain production schedules, and monitor progress against committed delivery dates.
• Coordinate pre‑delivery inspections, testing and quality sign‑off with technical teams.
• Raise material requisitions, work with Procurement to issue purchase orders and follow up with local and international suppliers on status and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to manage goods receipt, material issuance, stock reservation and periodic inventory reconciliation.
• Plan and schedule deliveries with Logistics, arrange vehicle allocation, loading sequences, route planning and site access, and ensure proper delivery documentation and proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate order, production and delivery records in the ERP system and prepare regular status reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating between sales, production, procurement, warehouse and logistics functions.
• Attention to detail for verifying order specifications and documentation.
• Proactive communication to escalate delays or issues before they affect customer commitments.
