Operations Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations across Saudi Arabia. You will shape F&B concepts, drive consultancy projects, and ensure seamless daily operations that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement F&B projects according to client scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and execute F&B strategies, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to drive profitability.
• Lead, coach and mentor Ops Managers and F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, branding, advisory) to align F&B initiatives with overall business goals.
• Handle feasibility studies, CAPEX/OPEX reviews, cost control and resolve customer complaints strategically.
• Continuously evaluate processes, introduce innovations, and improve guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in F&B operations or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑site teams and large‑scale projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop budgets, financial plans and P&L reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
