Operations Executive – Ultra Fast Grocery

About the role

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new fast‑delivery service across the Middle East. We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead end‑to‑end UTR operations at one large site or a group of smaller sites in Saudi Arabia, ensuring high performance, safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily end‑to‑end UTR operations for a large site or multiple small sites, supervising store operations.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining operational, quality, safety and team morale targets.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates, including productivity and safety.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes and sustain performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits in stores.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Experience leading operational teams in a warehouse or retail environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and performance metrics.
