Operations & Logistics Manager – Women’s First Team

About the role

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to support the Women’s First Team. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, coordinate travel, and provide player‑focused logistical support, contributing to a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team logistics for training sessions, matchdays, and off‑site activities.
• Schedule and deliver daily operational requirements, ensuring facilities and equipment are ready on time.
• Plan and execute domestic and international travel, handling flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas and documentation.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide on‑ground support during trips.
• Assist with budget tracking, process invoices, expenses and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate records of operational expenditure and support departmental reporting.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, league regulations and local governance requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for player and staff welfare queries related to logistics and daily living.
• Support onboarding, relocation and family assistance for new players and staff.
