Operations Maintenance Manager

About the role

Solutions Valley, a subsidiary of SEC Group, is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation of private distribution and transmission networks in Saudi Arabia. The role blends technical power‑system expertise with commercial responsibilities such as contract pricing and proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operation and maintenance strategies for private networks, overseeing preventive, predictive and corrective activities.
• Monitor network performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive improvement initiatives to maximise asset reliability.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, budgets and pricing models for O&M contracts and tenders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, utility regulations and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power system operations, maintenance and O&M contract pricing.
• Proven track record in utility, transmission or distribution networks and asset‑management programmes.
