Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Our client is seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to lead the performance of multiple F&B outlets in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, building high‑performing teams, controlling costs and supporting the company’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring they meet operational, financial and service targets.
• Track sales, profitability, labour and food costs, and other operational KPIs.
• Lead outlet managers, supervisors and frontline staff, establishing staffing, scheduling, training and performance management practices.
• Monitor purchasing, stock levels, inventory movement and wastage while maintaining food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing and other functions to improve operations and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Support the launch of new outlets and contribute to expansion initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, improve processes and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple outlets or large‑scale restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, food and labour cost control and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop F&B teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with the Saudi F&B market and regulatory environment; prior GCC experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
