Operations Manager

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the efficient and professional management of multiple airport lounges and an airport hotel worldwide. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing staff productivity, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across more than 200 locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for all lounges and the hotel.
• Own the divisional budget and monitor key performance indicators such as net material cost, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Lead menu and concept innovation, using revenue trends, sales data, and guest feedback to ensure profitable and appealing offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.
• Maximize staff productivity and competency through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee P&L performance and implement strategic improvements to drive profitability.
