Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our day‑to‑day business activities across supply chain, sales and marketing. The role will ensure seamless coordination between functions, drive operational efficiency and support the company’s growth objectives in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and monitor performance against business KPIs.
• Lead and coordinate supply‑chain, sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop, refine and implement operational processes and procedures.
• Manage inventory, procurement, distribution and demand‑planning activities.
• Track sales performance and adjust operational plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to synchronise campaigns with inventory and capacity.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost and delivery standards.
• Identify operational challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
