Operations Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead construction and project activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities related to construction and project execution.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and apply corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Review schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, contractual obligations, and HSE regulations.
• Support tendering, project mobilization, and resource planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in construction and project management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong background in project planning, execution, cost control, scheduling, and resource management.
