Operations Specialist – Payment Operations

About the role

Foodics is looking for an Operations Specialist to support its Foodics Pay solution. You will act as the main liaison between the bank, internal teams and merchants, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and delivering seamless payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank stakeholders, internal operations, and EPOS teams.
• Manage merchant onboarding, terminal installation, and ongoing profiling while meeting SLA commitments.
• Oversee settlement, reconciliation and charge‑back processes, preparing required reports for SAMA.
• Monitor vendor performance, maintain inventory stock, and validate invoices before submission.
• Produce daily and periodic POS performance reports, including SLA, MADA branding and segmentation data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or accounts within a banking or payment environment.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance (SAMA, MADA) and ability to work in both English and Arabic.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently across functional groups.
