About the role
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead the Ambient distribution centre in King Abdullah Economic City. The role ensures that service delivery targets are met through effective monitoring of resources, workload management and adherence to company policies and values.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily DC operations to meet service delivery targets.
- Supervise processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) by managing people and resources efficiently.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance for equipment and stock.
- Track completion of daily tasks and generate productivity, manpower and time‑utilisation reports.
- Control consumable supplies and overtime usage.
Required profile
- Graduate or diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar warehouse or store operations.
- Good communication skills; English proficiency required, Arabic an advantage.
