Operations Supervisor – DJD1

About the role

The Operations Supervisor (DJD1) leads a team of associates to achieve daily production targets and maintain high productivity in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance, workflow, and performance, ensuring that operational goals align with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates and support daily department duties.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Train and up‑skill new associates.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain schedules, update SOP documents, and improve product flow.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
