Operations Supervisor – Warehouse (Makkah)

About the role

You will motivate a team to meet productivity targets, track attendance and workflow, and collaborate with the Shift Manager to resolve issues. The role ensures safe operations, quality order fulfillment, and continuous improvement through data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and adjust labor allocation to meet forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as 5S, safety, and training.
• Solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimisation.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and lead by example.
• Motivate team members to excel while keeping the customer at the centre of decisions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand or walk for up to 9 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work overtime and night shifts as needed.
• Capability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
