Operations Support Manager

About the role

The Operations Support Manager will lead the implementation of the global service quality plan across the assigned geographic territory. This role ensures technical, health, safety and environmental (HSE) training, SOP compliance, and asset management meet product‑line standards while supporting customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and promote the global service quality plan in the region.
• Monitor technical and HSE training compliance and address product‑line risks.
• Mentor Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Service Quality Coordinators (SQCs) to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee the OMS process for continuous assessment and improvement.
• Lead the failure review process according to company and product‑line standards.
• Promote technologies that improve field efficiency and operational quality.
• Manage assets to ensure compliance with standards, allocate resources, and align CAPEX with product‑line guidelines.
• Communicate with customers to understand service quality drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in surface wellhead operations, design, and leadership.
• Proven managerial experience with strong field presence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, coach, and handle high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and professional representation.
