Oracle Financials Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Financials Functional Consultant will design, configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions across the Group’s business units. The role bridges technical development with finance requirements, ensuring reliable operation of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Project Financials while complying with Saudi regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, including data extracts, integrations and custom reports.
• Develop and manage File‑Based Data Import (FBDI) templates and bulk data load cycles for journals, invoices and master data.
• Create and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Project Financials.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with third‑party systems such as banking platforms, payroll, procurement and ZATCA e‑invoicing.
• Manage security roles, data access sets and segregation‑of‑duties controls.
• Perform impact analysis and testing for quarterly Oracle patch updates.
• Diagnose system defects, log Service Requests and coordinate resolution with Oracle Support and internal IT.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Internal Audit to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration workbooks and change logs for audit readiness.
• Support UAT cycles, prepare test scripts and triage defects for new modules and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud in a technical/functional capacity.
• Proven experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management or Project Financials modules.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory and ZATCA e‑invoicing requirements is an advantage.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred.
