Oracle Fusion Consultant – HR, Finance & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and support of HR, Finance and Procurement modules on Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role involves translating business needs into robust cloud solutions and ensuring smooth post‑production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design Oracle Fusion solutions across HR, Finance and Procurement.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and provide post‑production support.
• Configure modules such as HCM (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent), Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Procurement (Self‑Service, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
• Gather requirements, produce BRD/FRD documentation and manage data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute functional, SIT and UAT test scripts.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements and work with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
• Train end‑users and support teams for adoption and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Strong expertise in at least two core modules (HRMS, Finance, Procurement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
• Experience in client‑facing roles, global implementations and Agile delivery.
