Oracle Fusion PPM Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions for our client in Al Khobar. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable cloud solutions and guiding cross‑functional teams through full‑cycle deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion PPM solution architecture and implementations across Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Planning, Performance and Resource Management.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, configure PPM, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI), data migration, security, reporting, testing and deployment.
• Design project processes for budgeting, forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, resource management and project accounting.
• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Project Managers, IT and business stakeholders and lead workshops.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Cloud applications with strong Oracle Projects/PPM background.
• At least two full‑cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of project accounting, costing, billing, budgeting, forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
