Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management solutions. The role requires strong expertise in project financial management, accounting, billing, revenue management and integration with Finance and Procurement modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementation and AMS engagements, configuring project costing, billing and revenue management.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, perform fit‑gap analysis and prepare functional documentation such as BRD, FSD and RTM.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution and go‑live activities, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SCM and integration teams to support GL, AP, AR and OIC integrations.
• Drive stakeholder governance, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide production support, incident management and mentor junior functional consultants.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience in Oracle Projects/PPM, with hands‑on expertise in project costing, billing, revenue management and accounting.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementations, AMS/production support and business requirement gathering.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP and AR integrations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem.
• Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East region.
• Preferred Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM certification and exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
