Oracle SCM Track Leader

About the role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Track Leader to manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities for its clients in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing strategic supply chain plans, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage and optimise inventory levels to achieve cost‑effective operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee on‑time delivery of products and services.
• Monitor supply chain performance, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process enhancements.
• Mentor and train team members to maintain high performance.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and mitigate supply chain risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing supply chain strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
