Organisational Development & Total Rewards Director

About the role

This senior position is responsible for shaping and embedding the organisation's Organisational Development (OD) and Total Rewards frameworks in line with the evolving business strategy and long‑term growth objectives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of compensation structures, job titles and employee value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment of employees to new salary scales and job titles.
• Oversee operational reward activities and ensure consistency with the Total Rewards framework.
• Contribute to the design of recognition programmes and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Lead the rollout and continuous refinement of the newly completed organisational design.
• Align roles, structures and reporting lines with the updated framework.
• Support leadership in embedding OD best practices across the business.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Organisational Development and Rewards/Compensation, with a heavier emphasis on rewards.
• Proven track record in transformation or organisational redesign programmes.
• Experience working with global consultancies such as WTW, Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc.
• Demonstrated capability in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to move from strategy to execution within an in‑house environment.
• Strong influencing skills and exposure to senior leadership.
