Organization & Job Design Assistant Manager

About the role

The Organization & Job Design Assistant Manager will support STC’s HR function by designing and supervising key HR projects and organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on aligning compensation, organization structure, workforce planning and performance management with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
• Conduct salary surveys and ensure remuneration remains competitive.
• Lead organization design interventions, ensuring job descriptions, evaluations and operating models match business goals.
• Implement workforce planning policies, analysing current and future needs and recommending insourcing or outsourcing options.
• Establish standards for manpower utilization and monitor optimization across all sectors.
• Design and roll out performance management policies, supporting KPI and KRA development and managing the full performance cycle.
• Partner with business leaders to provide expert guidance on complex HR matters and drive initiatives that enhance employee development, retention and engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years (72 months) of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of compensation, organization design, workforce planning and performance management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior business leaders.
